I use goat tuff to glue my adapters to my 200 gr grizzlys. I put the bh in a vise with the open end facing out, of course. I take the adapter and and fix to my cordless drill. Make sure you clean out the bh's first, I use acetone with a q-tip. I glue up the adapter and as Im inserting to the bh im slowly spinning/drilling the adapter into the broadhead. When its completly inserted I hold it, very still, for a few seconds to allow the glue to dry and then release the broadhead from the vise. Now the broadhead with the adapter is on my drill and I can spin check it with my drill. Most of the time its perfectly alligned. When you slowly spin/drill the adapter into the broad head it usually alligns itself very well. If I need to redo I use a propane torch and heat the adapter until it can easly come out. This process has worked very well for me.
Good luck
