Good look!
Bill asked the question earlier about this finish, but I found it hard to tell with the "plain Jane" hunter bows. This is one of the "pretty" ones and I like that subdued look. I'd get that on my Zipper - when that happens...

Love that new finish!  I had a Kanati with that finish, and it was absolutely bulletproof.  I wish Widow still did their "spiderweb" finish, but Bill's got a winner with this one for sure!

Got mine refinished too and love the finish as well. Certainly would work for some ghillie suit hunting on the ground with its low glare.

O&U, thanks a ton brother!  You just made my night and I was having a rather sh*tty one!  I headed out steelhead fishing earlier this evening only to slice my finger down to the bone while rigging up at the truck...heading to see a doctor friend of mine in the morning to have it stitched  up.

I have an SXT due from bill in early April and I was wondering what the finish was going to look like.  I love it.  Can't wait to get my hands on it.  Hopefully I can bend the pointer finger on my bow hand by then...

Best of luck to you JJB2!!

You will most definatly be happy with it, and cannot go wrong with the textured finish.

Thanks for the pictures.I have not been able to get a good pictue of the finish, with my camera. It is even harder to see on lighter colored wood.I like the fact that it is not easily seen, but makes for a great feeling grip.

I love this finish, on my S-Hunter by Bill, it is great. The difference between the Widow Frost finish and Bill's Marine finish is you can see the frost finish on a Widow a mile away, you need to get close up to see it on the Zipper. And not that it matters much but I always thought the frost finish made a Widow look oldish, the Zip doesn't stand out so it doesn't overpower the looks of the bow. I know looks aren't everyone's goal but dang it Bill make some surefire sexy bows.
