I've bought one this Christmas for my girlfriend. The 2012 edition looks better than the previous one. These little bows are made at up to 40#, have a warranty of 25 or 30 years I think. The thing is I didn't receive a warranty certificate from the Romanian shop (they told me I have the receipt so if it brakes I can send it to them - but if the shop closes...) so I contacted Bearpaw and since my German is quite rusty so to speak I've written them in English which is a language they don't seem to understand very well. They told me they would send me a warranty certificate if/when they will find one (didn't ask for the adress neither so I don't think they meant that). I think I should try contacting Henry Bodnik on facebook or something, maybe he would make things clearer.
Anyway, it's a very nice smooth draw bow to shoot with. Has some hint of a handshock and I'm a little amazed how fast the arrows are flying for a 35# bow. The only thing I would complain is the handle: this bow has a grip for little hands.
If you need a more serious Bodnik R/D longbow I would suggest the Quick Stick.
Here's a picture of the little fellow above my super grizzly.
