Mine are always 7 3/4 to 8"  seems to work best for me.

IIRC the paperwork says 7.25" to 7.5".  7.5" is what I have mine set at.

Thanks guys. I contacted Beth and she responded:
Dacron  7 1/2" - 7 3/4"
FF      7 1/4" - 7 1/2"
Longbow  6 3/4" - 7"

I have my Silver Tip set at 7 3/4 and my longbow at 7". My buddy and I were curious as to what others have found to work.
