I need to tell this story about Angelo and  Bison Gear packs.
I bought a used First Trip Explorer here on TG, made by Pack Idaho, the former name of Bison Gear. My pack was made before Angelo bought the business, as I understand it.
I wanted some side pockets for my pack, which is an option if you buy a new First Trip Explorer. I contacted Angelo, and he says sure he can do it. Then he gets me various camo patterns to try and match the old pack. We finally get them ordered, and he made the pockets and sent them in the mail to me in Alaska.
I emailed to see what day they were shipped, because we were starting to get worried about where they were.
Well they got here today...
No fault of Angelo's, the shipping time was 11 days by priority mail. So I email Angelo to say I just got the pockets.
Turns out he had already made another set and put them in the mail, and when he hears I got the first pockets, what does he say about the second set?
" Already on their way to you, just keep them as back ups."
How about that for service and concern for the customer! Keep that in mind when you think about getting a new pack.
Oh, and the pockets match perfectly, or should I say double perfectly.

I agree, Bison Gear and Angelo are both first class.
He's done me more than right.. His packs are THE BEST !!!! He really cares about customers and makes sure that they are happy, even if it costs him money.. I'll definitely do business with him in the future..

Angie made me a custom "Elk Pack" that is BY FAR the bet pack I own.
