Simmons Customer Service
« on: April 24, 2011, 03:37:00 PM »
I called Simmons Friday morning and wasn't able to speak with anyone. Later that afternoon Gary returned my call without me leaving a message... Talk about service, this guy was truly one of the nicest guys I have every talked to and he knows his stuff... I ended up purchasing six "tiger sharks" from him and I should have them later in the week. Anyway, its nice to know to there are still people in the industry like Gary... Gary reminds me of many of the great people here that have helped me "start" to make the transition from compounds to trad! I will let you know how they shoot!

Yeah, he's pretty quick on responding.  I got six tigersharks from him a few weeks ago.  Sweet head.

I've also had great service from Gary at Simmons. First Class all the way.

X4!  I just ordered a pack of Tiger Sharks as well.  Gary knows his stuff and tells it like it is.  Did you all order them with the bleeders.  I wasn't going to but when he said they are the same head with or without and can be shot without I went with them.  I figure I'll use the bleeders on turkeys and use them as a two blade for deer and hogs.

Same for me... I was going to get them without the bleeders but he said they were the same with or without so I figured I would give them a try! My guess is that I will shoot them without but we will see. Now I just have to figure out the arrow set up to tune them in... Let me know how you like yours...

My favorite broadhead!  A great company that is in good hands.  I'm quite sure that Mr. Simmons is proud of the good job that Bigun is doing!

I' ve only dealt with Dave, but the customer service was great. Not sure who Gary is, but the Simmons heads are a great product.
