KUIU RETURNS
« on: April 29, 2011, 07:19:00 PM »
I pretty much placed a double order when I ordered my KUIU stuff ordering the same thing in different sizes to insure a good fit. Anyway when I called to return the stuff that did'nt fit it was totally painless, no issues what so ever. I was on the phone for about 1min. & a half, you just never no what kind of mess your going to have to deal with when returning items back to a new company, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised.              Phil

Phil:
I hear you when it comes to the unknown with new high end product companies. My experience with KUIU returns was nothing short of spectacular…other businesses should take a lesson from them! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the products I got from KUIU.  Saving to buy more!

When you are dealing with a company headed by Jason Hairston, you are going to have a smile on your face. In a few years Jason is going to be one of the guys you read about who was among the great entrepreneurs of our day. He is successfully putting together a startup business in the worst economy of his lifetime and is headed for huge success if he is able to stay the course and continue to provide the innovative products, superior service, and forward looking marketing that have been the hallmarks of Kuiu so far. I don't think there is a more impressive young businessman or startup business in the US today than Jason and Kuiu. I just received my order that includes every product Kuiu presently offers except the belt, and all of it looks great, although I have not had the opportunity yet to really try it all out. The packs are coming next month, and I am eager to get the two of them I ordered. I hope everyone will write and give Jason an honest appraisal of the products and service, because he really listens and does what it takes to give his customers what they want. Jason makes the products good -- the customers' input will make them even better.

So, how does KUIU run size wise?

I had to return a pair of pants I ordered from KUIU, I normaly wear  size 38 waist and generaly they are loose enought to tuck in a fairly heavy shirt, No way with the KUIU I sent them back and got a size 40 waist, haven't got them yet but hoping they will fit. and the return was easy, called them they sent a paid return UPS shipping address thing and away it went.

I think the clothing runs true to size, but it is definitely a fairly slim (athletic) cut.
