Help With Leather grips
«

HI
New guy here first post, bought a PCH black widow from a fellow trad ganger and it has a standard grip. My hand seems to slide around a little and doesn't lock into the same place with any consistency. I have a loose grip but would still like the feel of leather there. Any suggestions where a can get a nice grip put on that will fill it out a little like the Asbel grip and create some traction. I like the beaver tail but not sure if that is an option.
Thanks for helping the new guy

You can get a beaver tail grip from Big Jim, or just get a piece of leather, some artificial sinew, and make one. They're easy to make.

I had Chuck from Twotracks put a leather grip on my RER, and I wish I had done it sooner.

Ever hear of a "bow saddle"? They simply stick on and offer some bulk and grip. Then there's the rubber sleeve that slides on. Yes, lots of options for you.

Go to 3Rivers website (sponser here), click on "Helpful Videos", then "Installing Leather Grip".
