If I buy a bow at28" and I shoot 29" would I be able to shoot it???

Sure...you would be able to shoot it. Depending on the bow, it may stack a bit once you pass 28"s.

Ditto with what Terry said. Call Tall Tines and ask him or ask the seller to scale the bow at 28 and 29". Generally speaking, on a recurve 3# per inch over 28 is ok. If the bow jumps, say from 60@28 to 65@28 then you could say the bow stacks - which is a disproportinate amount of weight per inch above 28.

Yes you can, as a general rule 3# per inch so you will be pulling 63# or there abouts. Go letem fly.
