I clean with Acetone and use Loctite epoxy. I have used the slow set and also the the five minute and can tell no difference in durability. Using the 5 minute though you better have your ducks in a row before you get started.
Lefties are the only ones who hold the bow in the right hand.

Impact Resistant Gorilla Glue.....it has a light blue cap. I havent had a insert come out since I started using it and you can buy it at Home Depot,Lowes, or Walmart for a couple bucks.
