Side Kick 2 quiver
« on: January 12, 2007, 06:49:00 PM »
Anyone have experience with the Side Kick 2 quiver? I was wondering if the arrows have alot of feather noise in the quiver when hunting. Looks like a nice quiver. Any input???

I have the original sidekick, an awesome piece of work. I am going to get the sidekick TWO or even the arrow scabbard for a smaller thinner profile (fewer arrows. Steve does the best work. The arrows hang quietly but to really keep them still for the thick stuff I stuff a my spare stocking hat in there. the arrows come out really easily.

Steve makes a great quiver..  You might want to check out Art Vincent's also..  You can click on his leather banner at the top of our web site..

I have a side kick 3d model. Workmanship is flawless. Feather noise can be an issue with this type of side quiver. My Raptor side quiver can have some feather noise as well. The only time I have noise issues is in drawing and replacing shafts they ride quietly but I use 5-1/2 high back sheild feathers. I would consider the Shrew Mantis or the O.L. Addock side quivers which I believe are made by Art Vincent since they capture each shaft and eliminate feather noise.
