here in new york, checking in freshly plowed fields is supposed to be productive. i found one when i was about 10 or 11. it was in a public park near a creek. it's somewhere in my dads house now. don

Like Bonebuster, if only it could talk! When I pick one of these up, several things go thru my head. I would like to know the past, who made it?..what was it used for?..Has it taken any game?..or perhapes another human's life?..Each one holds a past that we can only wonder about. But with each one that I find, I feel closer to the past! Sort makes me glad to find one...I can give it a good home, out of the heat, cold and rain. And perhapes preserve it in it's current state..to prevent more destruction of the item. And pass it along to childern, so they may share.
