New Critters....
« on: June 04, 2011, 09:51:00 PM »
Went for a short loop in the swamp the other day then a trip to the River today.
A Gator about 7-8 feet long ran in a hole . This swamp is dry all but a few bath tub size holes ...

Gator hole..

And bath tub size hole with two jr. gators heads up...

Then a pic from the River. Mighty purty...RC

That's pretty cool RC.

I think there's more than a few critters in your neck of the woods that can be unhealthy for anyone who isn't paying attention...lol

Thanks for sharing.

I don't think your pics bore anyone. They're the next best thing to being there.

Yeah, the lakes were all over full pool here a few weeks ago, now some are down three feet and they have started water restrictions, AGAIN!
I didn't think of it, but I was down at Cumberland Island(GA/FL border)in Jan. it was well down in the teens and the winds were pushing 30mph. That whole island is nearly dried to a desert, but I found one little gator hole that was nearly frozen over, but just the tip of a good sized gators nose sticking out. I got a good chance of being drawn for gator this year!
