I'm sure there's a bunch of bears down, just waiting for the stories. The camp is pretty remote with no cell or internet access. I'm sure with the "Changing of the Guard" on Saturday between week one and week two the reports will start to pour in. Packed and ready for week two. This hunt should be on everyones "Bucket List". The most fun you'll ever have with a bow in your hand

Uncle Barry told me about a place he'd been hunting where the bear were alway growling, bluff charging, and sometime actually chasing him around his baits.  Is this the location?  First the pigs got him and now what . . . ????

Well, I hope it is going well for you fella's. Like every one here I am anxiously waiting to hear the stories and see the pictures!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Ya. Gary this is one of the places. I have been on this trip and Barry would come back at night with video and his spot would be infested with bears. He would tell stories to try to scare me I think about bears woofing and growling at him etc. It's a good time.

Just heard from Samantha, and it looks like my brother Christopher will be telling us a story soon.  Sam only was able to talk to him for a minute or so, so no details other than the good news of success on his first bear hunt!!
