A Fruitfull Search,Success!
« on: June 27, 2007, 07:10:00 AM »
Well, ya'll know that I just got my new Blacktail and my new Border Blackdouglas. Been shooting the heck out of them two bows and the Schafer was cryin' but I just could not stop shooting the other two so I traded the Schafer for a 58" Schafer, still could not stop shooting the other two. Then my brother Nakohe showed off a Blacktail Limited Edition that he bought and I started drooling and searching. Low and behold it paid off, sold the Schafer to help finance it.

60",58#@27",will be 61#@28" which is what I draw.

Myrtle riser footed with wenge, boo limbs with myrtle vaneers. Have not received it yet but here are some pics.

Danny,

I think you and your brother are the reason Fed Ex is switching all it's trucks to Mercedes!!!!

As long as your having fun. You guys should take up testing bows for a sideline. I don't think Blackie gets as many as both of you each month.

Geez Dan! I'm green with envy!    You have a stellar bunch of bows that rival some of the prettiest I have seen.

Wow, what a gorgeous bow!!!  I almost hate to mention it, but did you see the Blacktail Snakebit that was for sale with two sets of limbs?

Danny, I owned one once and I shot that better than any bow I have ever owned. If you see one that is around 50#s at 28"s, let me know!! Shawn
