I am experimenting with an external footing on 11/32 Surewood shafting. What size aluminum shafting would I use to slide over the 11/32?
Thanks!

Probably any 23 or 24 prefix probably 24 22 prefix is 11/32 OD> so you have to go bigger. possibly even 25 prefix I never tried it .

If your shaft is exactly 11/32",that would equal .3475.Doing the math,a 2413 should be .349 I.D.
The answer is 2413.

Thanks- I knew the first 2 numbers of the shaft designated either OD or ID but I was not sure how it worked.

A 2413 shaft is 24/64th's of an inch in OD.
The second set of numbers, 13, is the thickness of the shaft wall in 1/1000th's of an inch.
So, 24/64 = 3/8 inches or 0.375 inches.
Wall thickness is 0.013 inches and there are 2 walls from the center line of the shaft.
0.375 - (0.013 x 2) is 0.375 - 0.026, or 0.349 inches.
Works for all Easton aluminum shafts.
Hope this helps.
Charles.
