2011 Bear Montana changes

As I understand it the new 2011 Bear Montana has a slimmer grip and limb tips. Wonder if anybody has chrony it with the slimmer tips, curious how it would compare to some custom bows, THANKS.

I traded a recurve for a 2011 45 pound Montana. I can tell you that the limb tips are definitely much thinner than my 2007 50 pound model Montana. As far as the grip goes, I can't tell a bit of difference between the two. Don't know about the speed of the bows, never shot any trad bow of mine through a chrony. The Montanas are a good solid bow for the money and mine is very quiet. A 12 strand D-97 FF string made mine shoot even better.
