Well Guys I've been reading reviews and due to current financial climate , I'm going to swap to Alluminium Arrows . I'm gonna order the Easton Gamegetter II , firstly is this a good choice of Arrow and which spine should I order .
My set-up will be :-
Hoyt Excel ILF Riser ( Blackout colour )
TradTech ILF Longbow limbs set up at 54# at 27"
Cavellier Champion II Rest
100grn inserts and 125grn Broadhead , with 3 x 5" shield cut fletch .
Arrows will be cut to 28" .

Easton has not made the GG II's (Camo) in several years, they still have a Gamegetter. But, they changed to the 500, 400, 340, and 300 sizes. The 400 would be a good choice, 340 if you go with a longer arrow.
You may want to take a look at the Legacy or Camo Hunter shaft, they come in a wider range of spines.

They still make but just call them xx75 Camo's but they are the GG2s. You can get them at Lancaster or Bowhunter Supply. The sizes start at 1816 and go up from there.

My first impulse was to say Gamegetter 400, but I took the time to check Stu Miller's chart. That confirmed 400's but assuming you have a 27" draw, you might want to start at 28.5 arrow length and then go to 28 if they fly better. In the Camo or Legacy series that would be 2117 or 2215(lighter overall) if you can find them.
The Gamegetters are less expensive, but all are XX75 shaft material.
I shoot this size at 29.5" and 53# but with regular inserts.

I do not have any experience with the gamegetters but I have shot a 2018 legacy of my 53 pound longbow. I would say though with all that weight up front I would go with a 2020 legacy shaft.

I've gone with Gamegetter 400 and I ordered the 100grn Inserts , so I will start off with an Arrow cut of 28.5 as recommended . I've also ordered a shorty hunting plunger to tune if required , I could also drop to 100grn broadheads if required . just would like to hunt with a bit of forward energy , so will try to tune if needed .
