Partially what Night Wing said...... "add 20yds then look at it. " But I respectfully disagree and would use the brown instead of the green due to more white in it like huntin_sparty said. The white keeps you from becoming the dark blob and truly breaks your outline.
That is the whole reason we switched to Predator about 4 years ago. Have not been visually picked off yet while wearing Fall Gray in a tree ! Even had the same flock of turkeys walk by at 7 yds with me AND my son in the same lone white oak in a clearcut in December two days in a row ! Like the Predator motto goes.... " Trophy Racks not Store Racks. " I think the biggest mistake we made was looking at camo up close rather than hunting distances. Most become black blobs at distance, colors are all the same and all dark. Attractive to the human eye and pocketbook in the store. Hard to change the thinking on all the white in some Predator patterns but it works as advertised. JMHO
