Back in the 70's I had a Super Griz that was 54@28, I drew 27" with it and shot Bear 308s(2016) with 125 grain points, 145 to 155 grains up front, and 2018s 28" bop with the larger Pearson Deadheads on the long screw in adopter, total of 195 up front. what bothered me about the Super Griz was that it was faster than my Bear takedown and a lot easier to shoot accurately at small game where a quick shot was required. The point ability of the Super Griz made me buy a Schulz longbow because being able to smoothly shoot accurately and quickly is contagious. I takes a really good bow to be better than the Super Griz, I never thought that it was spine sensitive.
