Whitetail workout
«

I miss being able to get around in the woods like I once did.
Made the choice to live better with out the extras I have come custom to.
Bought a PARABODY 950 ST multi weight station to get back in shape and could use a hand with a good multi station workout routine.
Any other working at getting in Whitetail shape or outdoors shape with suggestions?

Starting on my workout tomorrow! My boy was a wrestler, now a track star and is going to be coaching me. After I see what he recommends I will post it if you don't have good info by then. Good luck! I hope to be using a climber this October. Like they say, bulk up to train down. Been bulking up for 4 years now! Time to train down. Good luck!
