A few carp and a lot of laughs
« on: July 17, 2011, 11:08:00 PM »
Did some bowfishing today with my good friend and my girlfriend had a blast. The day started off with me getting the first carp. So my buddy took over and he ended landing himself a nice size one and then all of a sudden from the back of the boat my girlfriend speaks up and says she wants to try. Now shes new archery and just got her first bow a few weeks ago but she wanted to try so she got up one deck and after a miss on one she center punched her first kill with a bow. It was a great time just thought Id share.

I love the expression of eww im touching it lol.

her is my ugly mug

and a pic of the three
---------------------------------
I shot an arrow into the air,
It fell to earth, I knew not where;
For, so swiftly it flew, the sight
Could not follow it in its flight.

What a great expression on her face.  I bet she will remember that day for a long time.  Congrats to you both.

Jared, I think you have her hooked on shooting. But I think you will be the one doing the cleaning. Great Pics thanks
