Bow Building Classes
« on: July 23, 2011, 10:06:00 PM »
Starting next year in January I will be offering one on one primitive bow building classes. This will be a five day bow making class in my shop in Arkansas, you will learn my style of bow making and make a sinew backed or selfbow which ever you choose and it will be yours to keep. I will teach you to sinew, rawhide as well as snake back bows, heat bend staves tiller all wood bows as well as shooting tips. You will stay in town, about five minutes from the shop, lunch will be provided. Depending on the time you book your class I can teach you fur trapping as well as fur handling as well as how to collect and process rawhide and sinew.
This will be limited to one class per month so space is limited. You can call me @ 479-474-3800
The cost of this one week class is $1500.00

That sounds awesome, Mike.  I believe I saw you at our UBM festival in Jefferson City two years ago.  You gave a seminar on flat bows which was very informative.  Anyone who signs up for your class is in for a treat.  TRW
