Go on 4 DIY hunts for moose in Alaska for about the same price. I bet your cumulative success rate would be far greater than the Yukon. Granted you won't have anyone doing your laundry in Alaska, but you will be HUNTING them.

If you have some wilderness or at lest out back camping experience, and are familiar with rowing a boat or raft, you might consider Moose John Outfitters in Alaska.  Excellent hunt for less than half the price you're considering.

It looks pretty expensive to me.I have much lower quotes from some Alaskan outfitters with many P&Y tropies to their credit.
