Billy's awesome homemade Teardrop Camper. More of that later.
The evening hunt was fun but only produced a doe coming into my setup but blowing out of there when she got downwind.
The rest of the folks reported about the same. It was in the high 70's at sunset though so what did we expect?
Stiks had to go celebrate his daughter's sweet sixteen so a change of accomodations was in order for me. Roland offered a spot in his tipi but the nice weather and my laziness at not wanting to move to another site made me choose a more open-air feel.
Billy used his popup canopy to keep the sap and crap off his creation but he saved me a corner to do the same as I slept
It was so comfortable that I failed to wake up in time to hit the prime in the morning so I decided to just sleep in. The weather was a lot cooler and I regretted my laziness later.
Here's a few more pics from the 2 days.
A very cool tree seat with soem wood burning made by Rob W.
Roland and Troy's camps.
