Anybody have a picture of a Black Swamp with a leather wrapped handle they could post?

Mike has only wrapped 1 Black Swamp,  said you need some real "plyable" leather to conform to the index grind on the riser.   Ive not seen anyone else wrap one,  but im guessing it would look good, similar to a Shrew or shorter Griffin.

That's what I was thinking. I wasn't sure if it was even possible with the shape of the handle. Thanks.

yes you can do it,  just make sure you use leather that will contour correctly, and "pre" shape it before punching holes/stitching etc.

If you are looking to have someone put it on for you, try Big Jims beaver tail. Best grip I ever used.

Yeah Big Jim beaver tail was exactly what I was thinking. BTW it also makes a great arrow rest. I haven't even gotten the bow yet but I like the feel of leather on a handle.

ermont, I put beaver tail on my Black Rock, it went on just fine. After a few days of shooting  I decided that to take it off. I liked it better without. I do have a Beaver Grip on my Black Forest.
