No, limbolt, I just struck while the iron was hot as they say.  I never thought Ron would sell Alpha, but you don't know unless you ask. He was very gracious to respond to my post.

Jack's work is amazing. He can also tell some great stories.   I saw Ron Saturday morning heading towards the Cabins.  I wanted him to sign my Shrew but he was gone when I turned around:)  He can still move:)

David... M. B. A... ain't a degree...it's simply: Marriage By Apology...which follows that line of logic its better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission.   :notworthy:      works good too...

Seems like Ron is having trouble keeping his bows.  :biglaugh:

I've seen Ron leap 15 feet in two strides in nanoseconds to nab the last piece of apple pie at Shrewhaven Lodge. I think they put bionic knees in when he had them replaced a few years back.   :biglaugh:

I got back from the Elm Hall traditional shoot last night. We had a good time, I shot my Shrew Model-T and did good on the money bear target on Saturday.

I decided to shoot Davids ShrewHill on the short range round on Sunday morning, and I gotta tell ya, I'm already having regrets..    :banghead:  . Previously I had only shot it on the practice target behind the shop so this was the first time I got to shoot it on a 3-D range..

Ron, Jack is a great fella...him being wrong-handed like you just shows you most artist think differently than us square righthanders. He will be here hunting whitetails with me in November. I am gonna start shooting southpaw and try and talk HIM outa YOUR bow then trade it back to you for a righthanded hunter  :)

Well, she arrived today--Alpha, ShrewHill #1.  Here is the very first group I shot with her at 15 yards--six arrows in all, right where I aimed them.  She's a sweet shooter.  Thanks again, Ron.
