Apologies from Bow Hush...
« on: August 10, 2011, 09:52:00 AM »
A while back....we did have a large batch go out and several packages were lost....so we resent all of the out again...and the post office did finally deliver SOME of those original shipments.

OK....now...About 3 weeks ago I started having folks email me.....but these emails were spread out over the last 3 weeks and not all at once like before....I apologized to the folks and once again, blamed the Post Office...however,  I found out yesterday it was MY FAULT!!!

While printing out the T-Shirt orders on a daily basis..along with BowHush orders...I had failed on several occasions to 'pull out' the BowHush orders...so they never were shipped.  I found them while tallying up the T-Shirts for ordering.

So...my sincere apologies and if anyone is still out BowHush after 3 weeks of waiting and paied via PayPal...please contact me....we want to get everyone their order.

Thanks.

Terry, while I appreciate it that you are taking full responsibility for what's happened, I hope that you can find it in your heart to cut yourself some slack.

I know most of us would have dropped the ball more than once if we were trying to juggle as many things as you do on a daily basis.

Thank you friend,brother, and leader!

God bless,Mudd

Now I want to apologize for butchering the english language and some of the sentences that made no sense.

I was try to do too much at once as usual, and was on the phone.

I have corrected the original post.

OK....deep breath and slow down a gear....

Thanks for the note, Terry. That explains your very wordy "ok" email reply.    :coffee:

"Stuff" happens in every business.  It is how you handle the "stuff" that matters.  Being upfront and telling the truth and making things right is all anyone could ask of any business.  Kudos to Bow Hush.

At least your BOD did not start out with this comment made by our CEO not long ago..." I want results, not excuses", and he turned around and walked out.......lay low and work harder and somebody may notice....

No worries, just ordered some more. Integrity is what matters. I work in Quality assurance and deal with people who have, lets say, less than integrity. Its so very refreshing to see someone own up to a mistake and make it right rather than trying to weasel there way out. Thanks for being good people.
