who makes custom fletching here?

do you guys know who in the sponser list that could make me up a bunch of 5.5 shields out of real turkey and then splice chartreuse as the backs,  who does a really good job?

Well, in some respects, we are all custom fletchers.  I just tried splicing for the first time myself and it worked great, you might consider trying it yourself.
