Looking good Jeff.  I could not believe all the deer in the fields up by you on Saturday.

Yeah I told Jason I was comming to his house to hunt.  Dont get me wrong we have a ton of deer around here to but with a lot of private farms and 144,000 acres of woods they can be hard to find at times.

Tamure and I scouted down in Eureka, NV twoo weekends ago-saw many velvet bucks.  We'll see how they pan out. They tend to stay down near the water, but there is NO cover out in those fields, and not much on the mountain slopes.  It will be a difficult hunt in 100 degree weather....

Ron - Jason and I are very blessed as we live in one of the best keep secrets in Michigan.  Everybody by passes our area for the southeast corner but I am here to tell you we have some dandies right here in montcalm county, but don't tell Whitebuffalo know that I let the secret out.
