Cheeta question
« on: August 28, 2011, 09:36:00 PM »
I am looking at a Hill Cheetah, 68 inches long, 34 @ 26 inches.  I pull 30.

1) Is there a likely hood it could stack as tiller may not be for that long of a draw?

2) Could I exect to hold like 44 -46 pounds at 30 inches?

Bob,
Th epoundage estimate sounds correct . At a true 30" draw I doubt the bow will "stack " but may not be as smooth as a 70" .

Agree w/Ben. The narrow cross section of the Hills gives them good advantage in the draw dept. Can't remember ever stacking a Hill & I've shot a bunch (all over 64") & draw 31". Some folks have Hills that pull heavier than they're rated. If so maybe you could expect to hold around 50# max. Just a guess. Mine all are within a pound or two of rated.
