I know there are some hogs on sgl 049. I was turkey hunting there this past spring and saw alot of hog sign. My eyes couldn't believe what I was seeing but my doubt was erased after I ran into a few wildlife technicians along the way back to he truck. They said that there are quite a few there and they themselves have set up trail cams to observe them. I never did get to go back after them but plan on bowhunting back there shortly.

Brad,

Rumor has it there are quite a few hanging around down in York by the Harley Plant!  :knothead:    "[dntthnk]"

We usually have a few hogs sitting on the wall at Sheetz. They all wear black halter tops, sip Slurpies and smoke Marlboro's.

There are hogs in all 50 states.

I imagine hunting them in some places is like hunting the Adirondacks foor deer. They are there, you have to put your time in, know how to hunt them and even then get lucky.

When I was living in WI a buddy of mine had hog on his property from a neighbor who accidently had a bunchof escapees.

Although we saw a lot of sighn, we never saw the pigs. 2 years later his uncle shot 11 of them in one outing.  Others had encounters also but it seemed as if they were hard to find.
Relax,

RUMORS  have circulated that there are SOME in Tioga, Bradford and Susquehanna counties in upper PA .  I have not seen any sign  at my place in Bradford county  or in several of the State Game lands I hunt in that area  . POSSIBLY  they are there!?!?!?!  I have not hunted much in the other areas of the state in many years so have no idea there.
