They work great with the 4 blade zwickeys.

Never sharpened four blades with mine, but they are all I use now on my two blade Magnus and Zwickeys. If you're "angle-challenged" with a file like me, they're the only way to go!

I've used the files for about 12 years on Zwickeys,Magnus, and Razorheads and have had great experiences. I also finish them with a fine stone and leather strop. No bur and shaving sharp. Use light strokes once angle is extablished, rotating them even # of strokes.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

The only issue that I ever had with the tru-angle files is the gap between the files.  If you run the bh straight down the files the point doesn't get sharpened and if you try to get the point over on the files, then it seems to change the angle on the rest of the blade.

Those of you that like them, do you run the bh straight and then touch up the point or move the point over onto one of the files?

I have one and for a straight edged head they are awesome. Dont use it on a head with a swooped design.  Like a eclipse some of the zwickey heads.  I use mine to set an angle then hone with hand file and ceramic stick.  They work great.

A couple tips, use light even pressure, mount the head on a shaft of some sort (helps with control), and clean the files often for best results.
