adjustable great northern help

How do you.change the angle of attachment on this quiver/

I have used 2 pairs of pliers-one holds the wire the other bair bends it about 90 degrees. Bend towards the bow.
 
You adjust the wire at the shaft holder; not the hood.

Kinda understand but I swear I can't get mine too look like that which is exactlt wat I want.... Any more pics of eT is bent?
