I have a bow that the upper limb tip cracked and flew off of during a shot. This happened two years ago and friend tried to replace it but had to cut the bow down about a half inch on both ends. It was a highly reflex/deflex 58" bow and 60 pounds at 29.5".
Well it happened again
and I think it would need cut down again.
I am thinking it is maybe junk at this point but wanted to know is there somebody who could maybe fix it and make a longer bow out of it? This would be my preference. :D
So is it possible?
Who would you suggest?
What kind of cost am I looking at?
I think these bows are now going for around $600 so I don't want to dump a lot of money in this. How much would you be willing to spend to have it repaired? Just out of curiosity. Thanks for any and all input.
