what size arrows?

my friend has a 62 inch 45lb@28 colt recurve he is probably drawing 29 inches what size arrow should he use ?

2016 in aluminum, 30 inches, 85-100 grain point.

GT 500 in carbon, full length, 100-145 grain point.

I shoot these out of my 42# recurve that I draw to 30 inches.

A Carbon Express 150 set-up like the GT, also.

For wood a 60# spine.

I am shhoting a 66" Billy Rice SCORCHER longbow 49# at 28", What would be a good set up at my 27" draw length? I appreciate the information.
