Thank you Magnus
« on: October 22, 2011, 11:30:00 AM »
Hi!
I bought some turkey feathers(100) from Magnus a few weeks ago! And he is a pleasure to deal with, the follow up is outstanding and the delivery all the way over to Norway went smooth and fast.

And then to the feathers    :D

The feathers are top quality and I'm happily satisfied      :archer:
I've made up a batch of tapered cedars 74# spine for my Firefly 65@31 and they fly as darts      :archer:

Here is some pics of the finished arrows:

Margly, Matt does beautiful work for sure and your arrows came out great. I like the color(or lack of color) you used.
Are your arrows fully tapered or only the back half? I have a set of fully tapered ash arrows that fly great and still have plenty of weight...650gr +/- with 125 WW, Zwickey or Grizzly heads.

Thanks  :)

I'm using backhalf tapered, and I feel they are a bit more forgiving than the nontapered shafts!

Yeah he does ok   :clapper:   He is a perfectionist in more ways than one, which puts him one notch above some.
