Tom,
The Jo Jan will just have to be adjusted so your fletching quill sits flat on the arrow...They have a screw on the upper and lower bar to do this...Just really check the jig and adjust before glueing your arrows...I have also noticed if I glue wood then alumunium you have to adjust for that style arrow...Now if you buy two of the 6 arrow jigs you can do a dozen arrows in about an hour or two according how long you let the clamp sit...That's doing all three feathers...

Mystery solved thanks Javi.
The way I understand it is the ones 3rivers and other sell come with a single receiver (F-61) that do 3 fletch 120° and you turn it around to do a 4 fletch 90°.
I need the F-51 receiver that does 3 fletch 120° or 4 fletch 75x105° on the other end.

I have one also and you can put a serious helicle on a feather with it.Did you take it apart? you may be able to cut your own disks with a teflon washer.

mine seem to fall all the time
Would you advise to get it fixed to a wood board, a workbench, table, desk or something similar?
