ground hunters?

I got very close to several deer, including 11 decent bucks, while on the ground. I found the key to be back cover.  I got myself in front of a large conifer tree and snipped a few branches off to cover my scent.  Had several pope and young deer in shooting range.   It's a blast!!!!!

In very limited time hunting so far, I've seen deer every time, but none w/in 30 yards.  I've been practicing a lot and feel really good out to 20, but it seems like the better I am shooting, the farther out they stay!  Clearly they are smarter than I am, so far.
