I saw Cabelas turkey seat in the store the other day which looks will work great.  It's low to the ground and no moving parts for noise and a back rest.  Tried it in the store and should work, I cant the bow so a straight up shooter will have problems.  Seems very comfortable and would only have to lean forward to get into shooting position.  I'll try to find a link later and sorry if already mentioned in the prior 7 pages, I read the 1st 4 months ago  :)

Any info about the Pac Seat not being available any more? Is this temporary or have they quit making them.

Never had bad luck with LL Bean in the past. They make great stuff.

I have the ATS stag.  I had the old one and it was ok, but the new one is quite an upgrade. Quieter, backrest, I like it.   I don't like sitting against trees on the ground, I like getting in the thickets and brush.

Read some reviews on the ATS stag. Didn't get very good reviews.

After fiddling with several seats....I am right back to the NIF T Seat. The Waldrop effort was just too big and loud for me.

Big Jim has this one. I have tried it a couple of times and it works pretty well.

I have a Niff-T-seat for years but the seat area is so small that my privates go to sleep. Plus with my bad lower back and the need for back support when seated only place I used it was next to trees so now I'd like something with a bigger seat and more padding.

Since originally posting this thread I broke down and purchased a Waldrop PAC Seat. A little pricy but the best seat I ever used!
