Got my new Raven Recurve. WOW

Got my Raven Recurve from Jack today. It is something else. Charcoal Diamond wood riser, Boo veneers. 50 Pounds at 27 inch, 56 inch long. It shoots like a DREAM. very fast,no hand shock very quite. Wish i could post pics but got a divorce and ex took the camera. Im here to tell ya this bow shoots!

Sounds like a good one.How has the hunting been?We are getting lots of pics on the trail cam but the woods are still so green you cant see 10 feet.One of my sons did shoot one a week or so ago,hit him in the front shoulder bone and the arrow only stuck in a few inches,almost no blood and all signs say he wasnt hurt bad.Hopeing this cold front will get them comeing out to the green fields better.

Hunting hasnt been good. Been hot the times i have gone. going this afternoon since it has cooled down.

Sergio, i think i could like it better than my KWYK STYK. Im gonna love it! Jack is the man in my book!

Careful Randy, I got one from Jack in early Oct. The thing has an affinity for launching arrows into twigs and branchs instead of deer. Mine is quiet, accurate and a pleasure to shoot. Its name is "Green Peace" as no animals have been harmed while carrying it and I am usually green on the way home! I have talked to Jack about this problem as it is obviously a manufacturers defect!
He claims operator error and no warranty.
 
I parked my Kwik Styks when I got this one as it shoots! My 3-d targets have taken a beating from it, there is no missing out to 40 yards in the yard, stumps die like magic but put 1 piece of shrubbery inbetween it and a deer, automatic arrow magnet.
