Depends on whether it is center cut or not, and your draw length.
Just for instance, I shoot 2213's with a 145 grain, 2216's with 175, and 2314's with 190. Arrows are 29.5", can shoot any of them out of bows from 50 to 80lbs with equal results. May require slight changes in point weight to cover the full spectrum of weight changes. But out of 60-65lbs the 2216's and 2314's as mentioned above are tack drivers.

What bawana said, I personally like 2216"s with 175 up front from my 53# bows.

Well, mine was a Martin Hunter, and I had no idea about correct arrow spine. All I knew was that I wanted a heavy arrow. So, after consulting the Easton chart back then, I chose firstly 2317s and later I used 2419s. Both were fine. I had them at 31" back then. I used 160 grain points and broadheads, and aluminium (same as aluminum to you Americans) inserts and adaptors. I killed a buffalo with this set-up.

This is all good information. I found an old set (mint condition) of XX75 2219s in my stash. Shot them out of the 60# Bear, but it was in heavy winds. I will try again tomorrow. Like those camo hunters.
I once shot 2419's out of my 90# recurve. They felt like lead weights in my hands.....

My 2 recurves are 57/58# at my 27" draw. I shoot 2117's cut 28.5" with both 125/135/160 grain broadheads and my arrow flight is perfect.
