NIRK LONG BOW
« on: July 13, 2007, 06:16:00 PM »
Can anyone give me some info and value of a Nirk Frontiersman long bow. A friend of mine give me the bow but did not know the age or value of the bow. The info on the bow reads F-1235-PD 56# 28" 64" RH. Thanks Bush Wacker/Mike

I've heard it the same bow as a Martin Vision but I don't know that for sure.  Since it's not as well known as a Vision I would not expect it to command the same price...I'm guessing $200 range maybe a little more.

Nirk Frontiersman is indeed made by Martin. It is the Vision, with a shorter riser. excellent bows. I had and shot 3D with a 45lb one for a couple of years. Only criticism I had was it made a "pop" noise when shot, just like the Vision.
Is it too late to be what I could have been?
