My new Toelke
« on: November 24, 2011, 07:49:00 PM »
I received my new Super D from Dan yesterday when I got home from work. It was getting dark so I didn't get to many arrows down range about 20 but it was smooth. My daughter threw a lemon from the tree in the yard and from about 12 yards I put the third arrow right in the middle the other two were right under the lemon. I was very pleased right out of the car from work, bow right out of the tube and set the brace after inspecting the bow. She is beautiful, ebony riser with hickory veneers she is 64" 57#@28". She really zips a arrow down range the arrows are 535gr GT 55/75 and 545 grain POC. I can't get pictures up yet but working on it. I hope you all have had a nice Thanksgiving. I really want to express also that Dan is a incredible individual and he builds a sweeeeet bow. Thanks Dan.

I have a Super "D"... great bow and even better craftsmanship!! Mine is 66" 40# @ 28" and shoots like a dream!

I really love my super d too. Mine is 57# @ 29" and 66".  I never put any arrows through the chrono, but it really zips an arrow, is stable and quiet. I have an ebony riser just like you. I can' wait to see your pics. Here are some of mine.

Kerry, congrats on your new Super D, I shoot mine more than my Whips now. Don't hesitate to shoot some heavier arrows through her. Like all Dan's bows their efficient design makes them super quiet and they are very quick with arrows 11 and even 12 grains per pound draw weight.

Oh, feel free to cave in. It is one fine bow great looking and smooth. I am currently having a issue with getting pictures to load, just had some computer work done and something has changed on my system. I hope to get some pictures out soon. But like I said it is a great bow and they don't come better than Dan, he is a special individual. Good luck on your bow, go ahead and do it you won't regret the choice.
