A little less hair on my leg today
« on: November 30, 2011, 04:42:00 PM »
I wanted to try out a heavier head so I ordered some Zwickey Deltas. They came in the mail today, and I sharpened one right up....and even have the bald spot on my leg to prove it.

If the deer will cooperate, I'll be trying them out soon!

I used them for the first time this year.

Not only are they good at shaving hair, but they also do a great job on deer!!!!

It's difficult to improve on perfection.  It's surprises me that so many try to improve on what is already great.  They don't come much better than zwickey delta 2 blade.  Except zwickey eskimos!!!!

My favorite by far! I am currently being tempted by VPA's but Zwickey sets the bar very high.

yup!  I usually mix both the deltas and the magnus 1's when I'm in the mood to throw double bevels.. those green zwicks just look traditional on my arrow though..

When you are done shaving your legs, don't be tempted to do your pits. No deer wants to be shot with a broadhead that has been in your pits. Zwickey Deltas are great standards that are hard to beat.

Zwickeys are great broadheads. Just need a touch up out of the package and their good to go. That said I wish they would come out with a 3 blade though.

The deer didn't cooperate today. Maybe in the morning.

So far my armpits have survived!
