I've got a set of Mad Dog rain gear from Basspro.  It has worked well for me and is reasonably priced.  And I have had good luck with Rocky boots.  I've had a pair of Outbacks for several years that aren't insulated and like them.

Hey Mike,

Check out  www.outfittertuff.com.  I think you will find some stuff there. As far as boots a good pair of thinsulate boots will work.

Everyone tends to recommend what we've tried and had good luck with, which leaves you to decide. I don't know where or how you're hunting, but in AK hip waders are a must and you spend most of your time hunting in them. Otherwise, I settled several years ago on uninsulated LL Bean Maine hunting shoes, which aren't shoes at all but 10" leather-topped boots with welded rubber bottoms. They are waterproof, very light, soft and quiet as moccasins, and scent-proof. If it gets cold, I put on another pair of wool socks. For raingear I recommend Peter Storm -- made in England; you can google it and order via paypal. The stuff isn't Gor-Tex but a double layer system that's even better and the cheapest top-end raingear on the market. I'm talking under $20 for bottoms, twice that at most for tops. They have several varieties, including a camo pattern for hunters that's especially quiet. I use the cheapest stuff as it's lightest and you can wad it into a pant pocket. Comes in green. You might check it out. Dave
