A skinny string and a 12" bastard file. Some time off to put one more in the freezer.

A Great Northern Quiver and small arrow holder for it.

I know my daughter already bought it for me, but I have to wait for Christmas to get it.

If I could just find everything I lost in the woods this year I wouldn't need anything for Christmas.

I'd like what StringStretcher is ordering!

But I'm beginning to realize that I might never have it again like I used to. So I'm willing to take what I can get and I gotta say that hunting a little in more accessible places is better than sitting on the couch.

I may never take another deer but getting out in the fresh air and taking shots at squirrels or stumps is good medicine. Thats what I want for Christmas.

I have a man cave and a garage full of gear. Im sure theres something I could put to use, but for Christmas, this is what I would like-

I would like for our fighting men and women to return home safely, and thier efforts to not be in vain.

I would like to never hear the word Cancer again.

I would like for my children to have a country with all the opportunity their ancestors had.

And I would like just one more moment with my Dad.

But Christmas is not about what we want. Its about celebrating the birth of Christ. In doing so, I can be perfectly happy being thankful for the blessings He's bestowed on me, and my family.

People need to get a life. That dose not mean to take someone else’s, or to make one they can't support.
