Went out on a scouting -stumpshoot today with adirondacken.Had a great time.was good to see my friend again and to get back in the woods.Found some good deer activity with acouple of fresh rubs.Need some snow to find the bedding areas.The deer are not yarded up yet.Anybody do their scouting after the season?

Lungbuster. . bucks around here still have antlers. . . got a VERY close view. . in my truck headlights. . two nights ago.

From now until spring is when I do most of my scouting. I go every weekend, stump shooting and running my labs.

Good to hear that you and Ken got out in the woods today. Great weather, huh? I went out today to do a little scouting and some stump shooting. Still trying to get used to shooting my longbow. Almost got a complete pass thru on this one:
