WARF ?

With a BB Warf and Black Max limbs, do you crank the limbs down tight with your limb bolts?  I don't mean to the point where you break the limbs with the bolt, but tight so they don't vibrate.

I was instructed to gently snug the bolts with the Allen wrench. Then, tap the end of the Allen wrench with two fingers, two or three times.

It's a ILF system so you can shoot it from snug to 5 turns out.
