time to pull off the old arrow wraps (one stringer wraps) what do you guys use to clean off the old adhesive that stays on the shafts, think denatured alchohol but not sure.

I have used a hair dryer and steam to get the wraps off. Any commercial paint thinner or acetone on a rag will take off the adhesive. A pot of boiling water over the stove produced the steam.

Acetone, then a good wipe with alcohol before adding the new wraps.

Wifes hairdryer works good for taking the wraps off. I use acetone on a rag to wipe down shaft before I rewrap.

2x wife's hairdryer. Then alcohol. ~~~ahem~~~ if you should break said wife's hairdryer, man up and admit it...
Or, just use boiling water.
